1. Membership Options and Fees

  • Membership Plans: Memberships are available in various packages, including but not limited to monthly memberships. Membership details (pricing, duration, and benefits) are outlined on our website and at the front desk.

  • Payment: Membership fees are due at the time of sign-up and will be automatically renewed at the end of the term unless cancelled by the Member as per the cancellation policy.

  • Fees: All fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes, unused sessions, or early cancellations.

2. Payment Methods

Members are required to provide valid payment information at the time of enrollment. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

Payments for membership are automatically charged on a recurring basis, in accordance with the membership plan chosen. The Member agrees to ensure that their payment information is kept up to date.

3. Membership Duration and Auto-Renewal

  • Membership Terms: Membership is valid for the duration specified at sign-up (e.g., 1 month, 3 months). At the end of the term, the membership will automatically renew unless the Member cancels in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation: Membership may be canceled at any time by providing written notice to Drip Pilates Studio at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused time are not issued unless required by local law.

4. Class Reservations and Attendance

  • Reservations: Some classes may require advance reservations, and Members are encouraged to reserve spots ahead of time via website/app.

  • Cancellation of Reservations: If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid a late-cancelation fee.

  • No-Show: Members who fail to show up for a reserved class may be charged a $25 no-show fee.

  • Waitlists: If a class is fully booked, Members may be added to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, Members will be notified and have the opportunity to claim the spot.

5. Health and Safety

  • Medical Clearance: All Members must be in good health and physically capable of participating in Pilates classes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you are required to inform the instructor before class.

  • Liability Waiver: All Members must sign a waiver of liability prior to attending their first class (refer to our Pilates Liability Waiver).

  • Injury or Illness: Members who are injured or ill must inform the instructor and refrain from participating in any activities that may exacerbate their condition.

  • Proper Attire: Appropriate exercise clothing is required for participation. Non-restrictive, breathable clothing and proper footwear are recommended. Grip socks are required during class.

6. Membership Suspension and Termination

  • Suspension: In certain circumstances (e.g., injury or medical leave), Members may request a temporary suspension of their membership. Suspensions are subject to studio approval and may require medical documentation.

  • Termination by Studio: Drip Pilates Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership if a Member violates the terms of this agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior, including harassment, disruptive conduct, or failure to follow studio policies.

7. Facility Use and Etiquette

  • Studio Conduct: All Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Cleanliness: Please respect the studio’s equipment and maintain a clean and organized environment. Members are responsible for wiping down equipment after each use.

  • Personal Belongings: Drip Pilates Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend you leave valuables at home or in secure areas.

8. Pricing and Fee Adjustments

Drip Pilates Studio reserves the right to adjust membership fees, class prices, and other charges at any time.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Occasionally, Drip Pilates Studio may offer promotions or discounts. These promotions may have specific terms, such as being limited to new Members or requiring a minimum membership term. All promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

10. Media and Photography Release

By attending classes at Drip Pilates Studio, you consent to the use of your likeness in photos or videos taken during class for promotional purposes, both online and offline. If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify the staff in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Drip Pilates Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and the revised terms will apply to all future transactions.
